Judgement Day
“I want you to think that your eyes are like camera lenses, your ears and mouth are like MP3s, your mind is your modem, your heart is your hard drive, everything you see, everything you hear, everything you say, is downloaded and recorded.
And they will be uploaded on Judgement Day. Will you be proud of that DVD that you will see?”
Well, i rmbr Mom have always been telling us this, but in Malay, of course.
Seluruh anggota badan kau akan jadi saksi kat Padang Masyhar tu. Mata jadi saksi apape yg dilihat. Telinga mendgr smue perbualan. Kaki jadi saksi mana kau pergi. Tangan jadi saksi apape yg dibuat.
Lepas tu nnt, Allah tunjukkan dpn mata mcm cd tape yg korang slalu tgk dpn computer- mcm tu jgk la korang slalu ngadap dpn laptop tgk crite apape ntah berjam2. Tak malu ke buang masa berjam2 dpn laptop dgn bende yg tk berfaedah tu?
And then dere's also the analogy she gave for the judgement day.
She mentioned, the judgement day is like the day when you got ur exam results back, except this time is one-on-one with Him.
He will open ur 'record book' which is the buku catitan on both your shoulders written by the 2 malaikat. And then he will start questioning your every action that u hve done in your life. With your body parts as witness to your every actions.
Isn't it scary when you start to sit down and think/reflect on the things you have done be it good or bad?
But it's wonderful how we are always given chances to turn over a new leaf and repent for He is the Most-forgiving and the Most-merciful.
I, for one, hve always thought that Mom's nagging is annoying and prefer to listen and blast off my music in my earpiece. Astarghfirrullah! How much hve i sinned?
However, as i reflect and look bck, she have sent me to various religious classes in the hopes that i will be a better Muslimah with the knowledge that i have gained. Her so-called naggings are actually words of wisdom for me to ponder and reflect upon. I deemed it annoying as i have already learnt it in those classes thus wouldnt need the repitition. Unknown to me, it actually reflects how much she wants me to apply what i have learnt and nt just keep it to myself.
