My ex-colleague is super niceeeee~I was asking around about wad alternative can I get besides buying a txtbk dat costs over $60, and dat I'll use for only approx 3 mths.
He gave me a few options;
1. Borrow from library --> The good books or rather exact books can be found BUT it is not out for loan, only reference.
2. Borrow from friend and photocopy the whole book and bind it (he even asked his bro on the spot to ask for the location whr I can photocopy the whole book without the copyright rules thingy!!) --> Though I can still save some money, BUT to ask from my classmate who juz bought the books to lend it to me to photocopy juz seemed a tad too much. idk~
3. Den he recommended downloading the e-books den print it out at our lab.
Not me printing it out myself , BUT! asking another mutual fren of ours to help print it out over at another lab which is kinda slack and dere's no engineers around to monitor wad we're doin.
Dat's not the big deal.
Here's it: He txted me earlier on asking for the book title while I was still at work so I replied saying dat I can only reply him with the exact title and publisher when I get back home lah.
Juz a few minutes back, when I txted him with the info I have, he replied with, "Found it, dwld for u first."
Wah!! Like criusly super duper fast..
The thing is, I've only worked with him for like 4, 5 days?
On his last day which is last Friday, I had to OT and since he's waiting for his other frens to finish their OT, he even helped out with my work, && bought dinner for me and another mutual fren since the Malay stalls around our building are already closed by then.
Can't thank him enuff.
