Some truths are better left unknown
Was watching the show, The Moment of Truth earlier on, and diz particular phrase comes to mind, "Some truths are better left unknown."The show is basically about someone going on stage and answer 21 questions truthfully to be able to win some money.
The immediate family members or anyone related to the qns dat's about to be asked will be dere as audience to sort-of listen to the contestant's answer.
I noe it sounds real easy but the keyword here is, "truthfully".
One simple dishonest answer would cost the contestant everything dat she/he have won thus far PLUS all the drama dat comes along with it.
Dere's diz whole load of drama going on in diz particular episode.
The contestant is diz lady who is married and to me, her life seems like it's been one hell of a ride.
&& it simply revolves around her ex-es and past mistakes.
She's fired before coz of stealing money.
She's still in love with her ex.
She's still in love with her ex to the point of thinking about him during her wedding to her current husband.
She's had sexual relationship with another person other than her husband when they've been married for two years.
& the qns dat cost her $200,000 was, "Do you thing you're a good person?" and she said, "Yes."
Dat answer she gave was false, which meant dat somewhere in her heart, she still havent forgiven herself.
Juz how much more drama can it possibly be?
The horrors~
Somehow it made me reflect abit on relationships.
I've heard stories all over about how tons and tons of relationships failed coz of stories of the past, specifically the taboo word here is, "Ex-es".
&& dat brings me back to the phrase, "Some truths are better left unknown."
Dere's three choices dat comes along with diz phrase:
1. Juz keep it a secret forever. (But diz is gonna be real tough)
2. Open up about dat truths you've been hiding, and end up hurting everyone involved.
3. Open up about dat truths you've been hiding, end up hurting everyone involved, BUT get on with it.
Alrite, enuff with my thoughts already.
